Omokorede Fasoro is a Quantity Surveyor by training but at present pursues her passion for communication as a writer, speaker, trainer and facilitator. She is an International Labour Organization (ILO) trained trainer, a Career Direct certified consultant, an affiliate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM). She is also a member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF). Omokorede holds a Masters in Media and Communication from Pan African University, Lagos (owners of the Lagos Business School).She is the Lead Consultant at Maximum Impact Int’l Consult, a training and consultancy firm based in Lagos and C.E.O of Treasure House Bookcentre -a publishing firm through which she hopes to raise thousands of accomplished authors. She has also authored and self published 6 books to date.
She has always had a love for education and the role it plays in transforming lives and destinies. To this effect, Omokorede serves on the board of a number of schools which includes the prestigious Hallmark Secondary School Ondo, St Raphael’s Kiddies Nursery/ Primary School also in Ondo and Redeemers Day School in Ogun State.
Her personal struggles and challenge over a period of her life in the pursuit of purpose and relevance, birthed in her the vision to set up an initiative that will help women like herself discover their life purpose. This she does through the “Women of Essence Foundation”, an Non Governmental Organisation set up in 2012 with the mission to help women discover, pursue and fulfill God’s purposes for their lives. She is very passionate about the all round empowerment of women, and expresses this through her messages and writings.
Omokorede is happily married to her friend Ayotunde, a Chartered accountant and they are blessed with lovely children.
